This is a programme for results!
Results do not require extreme measures … but results do require a level of commitment willingness to change!
Change of behaviours and habits aren’t something that happens overnight. And at no point will you be pressured into changing too much too soon or making any drastic nutritional / lifestyle measures you are genuinely uncomfortable with… But you will also need to understand that to achieve great results, you will need to put the work into it.
This is why it is important you we work together closely over a period of time, to make sure you stay on the right track to get from A to B. So you’re not just going to be given a programme and told “bye”! We are going to need to talk frequently, and change things from time to time.
Programmes are inclusive of:
– The Initial Comprehensive Consultation
– A comprehensive written report
– A bespoke plan of action: Nutrition; Training; Supplementation; Lifestyle Modifications, and more.
– A recipe e-book
– Testing recommendations and interpretation (when appropriate)
– Ongoing support: follow-up calls / consultations with me. This ensures frequent 1 to 1 contact time for us to assess your progress and continue with the programme.
– Ongoing support: modifications to your plan(s) such as an updated training routine or a new nutritional strategy, whenever needed
– Ongoing support: unlimited email support for short questions
– Ongoing support: Access to intermittent coaching calls and webinars, for which you will be given a number to dial in and listen to.
– Educational support (if necessary or desired).
